Apply for admission: 

• Application/ registration form is available at our information centre of University campus or download the form Here. 
• Form processing and entrance fee of NPR 500 (Five hundred) is applicable. 

Pay Processing Fees: 

• While submitting the form, the scanned copy of the Bank Deposit Slip should be attached with email or fax the deposit slip. 
• Easy way to send money is to use Western Union Money Transfer Service, if the branch of Machhapuchhre Bank is not available near by you.
• If you use Western Union Money Transfer Service, please send their letter with Order Code/Exchange ID via email to admission@kusoed.edu.np or fax the slip to 01-5533814.
• Students can also use Bank Draft system or SMS Banking System.

Required Documents: 

• A complete admission form.
• Attested copies of all certificate from SLC onward.
• Original Migration Certificate from the University from where you are migrating. 
• Attested copy of a citizenship or a valid passport.
• 6 copies of PP Size photo or an electronic file of the photo.  
• A page of document check list is attached with the admission form.

Register the admission: 

• If your entrance score is equal to 50% or above you can register for you admission paying one fourth of the the total cost of the program.
  

Program Fees: 

• The successful candidates will receive an email with registration details and payment schedule. 

• The total fees for the programs are as follows:

  1.      One year M.Ed.: The fee for this program is levied at Rs.75, 000. (Seventy five thousands rupees only).  Students must pay half of this amount i.e. Rs. 37500(Thirty seven thousands and five hundred only) to register their admission for the first semester. Similarly students must pay the rest amount i.e. Rs. 37500(Thirty seven thousands and five hundreds only) as the second instalment to register the courses for the second semester.

  2.      Two years M.Ed.: The fee for this program is levied at Rs.1, 15, 000. (One hundred fifteen thousands rupees only).  Students must pay one fourth of this amount i.e. Rs. 28750(Twenty eight thousands seven hundred and fifty rupees only) to register their admission for the first semester. Similarly students must pay the rest amount at the rate of Rs. 28750(Twenty eight thousands seven hundred and fifty rupees only) as the second, third and fourth instalment to register their courses for the second, third and fourth semesters respectively.

  3.      All the fees must be paid in advance as indicated  above otherwise admission will be automatically terminated.
